Leicester Volleyball Club compete in the East Midlands League. This League caters for players who want to play at a higher level than Local League volleyball but not have to travel as far as the National League team! Having said that there are a number of East Midlands teams who are of National League standard.
It is the aim of the club to have two different teams for the National League and the East Midlands League in order to create a progression for developing players. There is always competition for places on the team, so everyone has the opportunity to play to the best of their ability, whichever league they may be in.
